My niche is finding top producing rental assets and placing awesome tenants. Partnering with investors (both aspiring and professional) in acquiring rental property is the favorite part of my work. Under my leadership, we have assisted well over 2000 investors and presently manage well over 1100 Single Family Residential Investments. I totally nerd out over predicting ROI and cash flow as well as analyzing market trends; I am an Atlanta native and love our city and assisting investors understand where to source and locate great investment properties. I also lead the top producing team for Renters Warehouse where I market rental properties in 5+ metro Atlanta counties; my legal degree from The University of Georgia School of Law definitely assists in this area. I love new ideas and the changing real estate landscape. I’m passionate about my kids, craft beer and relaxing weekends at the lake with my family.

I’ve been involved in the real estate industry as an investor and a licensed agent for the past 25 years. Since joining Renters Warehouse in 2013, I’ve leased hundreds of properties and led the licensed agent team of Rental Advisors. In that role, I’ve worked with large international investment groups and portfolio owners, mid-tier investors, as well as small and first-time investors in getting their properties rented to quality tenants. I have a passion for guiding real estate investors of all types in locating great real estate investments in the Atlanta and surrounding areas. I live on my houseboat which is undergoing constant renovation and love all water sports and snow skiing.

I’ve lived in Atlanta since the Olympics came in 1996 and have always had a passion for real estate. Drawn to historic neighborhoods like Inman Park, Virginia Highlands, Candler Park and East Lake, I’ve never lived in a home built after 1930. I’m dedicated to connecting the perfect tenants to each owner I work with. I’m fascinated with the “hipsturbia” (people leaving the city for small suburban neighborhoods) movement and finding opportunities for build to rent communities which will be pivotal to these rising smaller towns. Proud Mom of two fierce females. Antiquing is my latest obsession, especially when I am out of the city in a town I've never been to before!
